I, Partridge: We Need to Talk About Alan is a 2011 mock autobiography as written by the British comedy character Alan Partridge. It was written by Steve Coogan, Armando Iannucci and Rob and Neil Gibbons. An audiobook version recorded by Coogan as Partridge was released on CD and downloadable audio formats. It was great listening to the audiobook as Steve plays the role of Partridge excellently as always. Listening to Alan recall events from his life quite differently to how fans will have seen them unfold over the years was hilarious. However, it felt as though large portions of the book were a retread or fan service.

I loved this very much and I still believe that Alan Partridge is the greatest fictional character of all time. But I must say that I will never forgive Alan for embedding the classic scout song "Ging Gang Goolie" into my brain-like tofu for the last few days. Wait, tofu-like brain.
