Not the Worst Gamache Book

Set in a fictional post pandemic near future, much of this book is about victims of mk ultra and Ewen Cameron but the main focus is a proponent of eugenics. It all hangs together but takes almost the entire book before it does. Peppered with references to previous books, but they’re either not important to the story or explained so you don’t need to have read those books.
